Any changes will be communicated as early as possible, and we will make efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to photos, videos, written materials, and branding, created during Quest Africa programs are the intellectual property of Quest Africa. Participants may use personal photos or recordings for non-commercial, private use only.
9. Data Protection
Quest Africa is committed to safeguarding the personal information of participants. We collect, use, and store data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary to fulfill our services.
10. Liability Waiver
Quest Africa, including its staff, affiliates, and partners, is not liable for any personal injury, death, damage, or loss that occurs as part of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants agree to participate in activities at their own risk and assume full responsibility.
