  • Prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of oneself and others.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or behaviors promptly.

4.1 Professional Conduct

  • Maintain punctuality and preparedness for all activities.
  • Dress appropriately for the setting and activity.

4.2 Communication

  • Use respectful and inclusive language.
  • Listen actively and considerately to others.

4.3 Substance Use

  • Refrain from the use of illegal substances.
  • Consume alcohol responsibly and only in appropriate settings.

4.4 Conflict Resolution

  • Address conflicts constructively and seek peaceful resolutions.
  • Seek assistance from Quest Africa staff when needed.
  1. Prohibited Behaviors
  • Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
  • Violence and Threats: Acts or threats of violence are not tolerated.
  • Theft and Vandalism: Unauthorized taking or damaging of property is forbidden.
  • Dishonesty: Engaging in deceitful behavior, including lying or cheating, is unacceptable.

  • Use digital platforms responsibly and ethically.
  • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
